    • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

    Processing Time

    Estimated Delivery Time

    Tracking Information

    Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch.


    Customs, Duties & Taxes (DDU Shipping)

    Valento Fashion ships orders under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms.

    This means:

    • Import duties, VAT, and customs fees (if applicable) are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

    • Any charges imposed by local customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

    • These fees must be paid in order to receive the package.

    We have no control over customs charges and cannot predict their amount.

    Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned or destroyed. In such cases, no refund will be issued.


    Delays & Exceptions

    While we do our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

    Incorrect Address
